CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst IV to join our team.The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial results for CommonSpirit Health at Home while providing analytical support for the accounting department. This position will generate analytical reports and meet with key executives to present findings and recommendations, seek financial performance improvement opportunities, while integrating efforts with those of the CommonSpirit Health at Home’s accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analyst IV completes all the duties of a Financial Analyst III when directed by department leadership.
- Supports the annual long-range financial planning project and is responsible for service-line(s) wide budget process.
- Supports completion of annual cost reporting related to all service-lines.
- Analyzes financial results of potential partner companies and generates proforma/business plan for anticipated joint ventures.
- Supports assigned executives in preparation for financial reporting meetings, such as the monthly operations review meetings.
- Generates routine analytical reports in Excel, Access, Homecare Homebase Analytics, CPR+, ResuceNet, Brightree, or other data sources that are tailored to the executives’ needs.
- Supports the annual long-range financial planning project and is responsible for service-line(s) wide budget process. Assists in preparing monthly forecasts.
- Is fluent in the operations of multiple service-lines and various corporate departments in performing modeling and analysis of various activities, both financial and statistical, that provides information to base decisions upon.

Qualifications
Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a thriving healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Medicare cost reporting alongside a strong background in merger and acquisition activities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are preferred.
