AtCommonspirit Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve.The Clinical Education Consultant is a high functioning RN leader, available to support agency locations and integration needs.
This role encompasses:
- Managing clinical education via remote support and onsite deployment.
- Conducting initial and ongoing training and in-services for all clinical staff.
- Developing and maintaining accurate training materials.
- Overseeing orientation programs and co-visiting with field staff to ensure effective education.
- Collaborating with operations management on training development based on clinical needs.
- Supporting staff competency testing and mentoring of new clinical personnel.
- Ensuring adherence to clinical program standards and instructing staff on clinical software.
- Assisting with training needs across locations as assigned by management.
- Contributing to the annual education calendar and participating in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI).

Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.Compact RN License (Preferred)
- CPR or BLS Certification.
- Eligibility for licensure in all operating states, with applications required within 60 days of hire.
- OASIS certification within one year of hire.
- Two years of clinical education experience in home health or hospice; three years in clinical home care or hospice required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in multiple software programs.
- Knowledge of home care regulatory requirements and experience in performance improvement.
- Strong computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs including Windows based programs.
- Excellent flexibility and adaptability as it relates to seamlessly transitioning into new locations, adapting to differences in each location, and customizing strategy to meet individual and organizational needs
- Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively, use good judgment, as well as work independently and interdependently to achieve positive and timely results.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, train, develop, establish and maintain behavior and performance expectations, evaluate and manage employee performance
