Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Director, Market Operations, you’ll lead multiple home health and/or hospice locations, championing both operational excellence and strategic growth across your region. This is a dynamic leadership role for a passionate, people-first professional ready to build high-performing teams, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding care experiences—while shaping the future of community-based healthcare.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the day-to-day and long-term success of multiple branches within the region.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute market-specific and regional strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as interim branch Director, mentoring new leaders and ensuring continuity during leadership transitions.

Financial & Business Management

  • Drive financial performance across branches—develop budgets, monitor KPIs, manage P&L, and implement data-informed improvements.
  • Lead local sales and marketing efforts to grow referral relationships and patient census.
  • Identify new community needs and implement innovative programs to meet them.

People & Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire branch leadership and staff to achieve their highest potential.
  • Build strong, collaborative teams with a culture of accountability, transparency, and recognition.
  • Recruit and retain top talent while supporting professional development and succession planning.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and accrediting regulations.
  • Lead QAPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enhance patient experience scores through data-driven strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of management experience in a health related field; home health experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in operations and finance
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations, quality metrics, and accreditation standards.
  • Experience preparing and managing operating budgets.

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
