Responsibilities

As a Director, Clinical Services, you will provide strategic oversight and clinical support to multiple branch offices, ensuring quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape healthcare delivery, mentor future leaders, and enhance patient outcomes.  

  • Lead & Support Clinical Teams – Oversee Directors of Clinical Services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Excellence – Stay ahead of federal, state, and county regulations while maintaining ACHC accreditation.
  • Drive Performance & Efficiency – Monitor clinical operations, optimize processes, and improve financial performance.
  • Develop & Mentor Leaders – Provide coaching, training, and performance management for clinical staff.
  • Enhance Quality & Compliance – Lead quality improvement initiatives and conduct operational audits
  • Support Business Growth – Assist with recruitment, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred) in good standing to practice in state(s) is required. 
  • A minimum of three years management experience is required. Home care management experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical home care experience is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of home care regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Certified in ICD-9 coding and OASIS, or willingness to obtain both certifications in first two years of employment.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining behavior and performance expectations.
  • Experience in performance improvement philosophies and measurement systems is preferred.
  • Experience in budgeting and managing financial performance is preferred.
  • Experience in sales/growth related activities, a plus.
