Responsibilities
All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner. Under the general guidance of the Rehab Director administers patient evaluations plans and implements patient treatment proficiently for all assigned patient diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting is preferred
- BachelorsMasters or Doctorate Degree from a Physical Therapy institution accredited by the APTA.
- Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for same
- Current BLS certification.
Must demonstrates the following skills:
- Exceptional time management skills in performing all assigned tasks.
- Sound judgment in clinical decision making.
- Strong leadership initiative and ability to assume responsibility
- Proficiency in all PT skills; demonstrates one or more areas of well-developed clinical expertise that is used regularly in assigned area; demonstrates current continuing education in specialty area.
CCS paneled physical therapist will be responsible for treating any pediatric patient with CCS insurance or supervising any therapist treating such a patient.
