Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Dietitian, you will provide expert nutrition care, developing and implementing individualized plans to improve patient health outcomes.

Every day you will clearly communicate nutritional data across all systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert.

To be successful in this role, you will integrate robust clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care, consistently adhering to professional standards and fostering effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.

  • Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently perform tasks, skills, duties, procedures and responsibilities according to Medical Center Policy and Procedure.
  • Demonstrates ability to assess/interpret age-specific data.
  • Encourages involvement of patient/family/significant other in decision making related to plan of care.
  • Contributes to patient safety  reports safety concerns to supervisor/manager
Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in Dietetics/Nutrition and food-administration or related degree
  • Registered Dietician status by the Commission on Dietetic Registration the credentialing agency of age American Dietetic Association
  • 1-3 years in the field of perinatal nutrition.
