The posted compensation range of $34.36 - $49.82 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Monitor the productivity and efficiency of your department, including budgets.
Manage diagnostic imaging service activities' safety and create a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public.
Perform imaging services for patients within assigned modality.
Qualifications
Certified technologist - AR state licensure required, ARRT Required
At least one year of experience required within an acute care imaging modality
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

OverviewAs our Imaging Services Supervisor in our Radiology department at CHI St Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you will provide technical and clinical leadership and support within the Imaging Department. You will manage employees through efficient communication, performance management, hiring, and training.
At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership. Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and be an educator at heart. Every interaction is an opportunity to share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient's, the staff's, or the organization's needs.
