The posted compensation range of $17.89 - $24.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supply levels, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource utilization to support cleaning operations.
- Lead and develop the EVS team, ensuring optimal staffing levels, performance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain high cleaning standards, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of EVS services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision. Healthcare experience preferred.
- HS Diploma/GED required

OverviewAs our Supervisor, Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment so they can provide optimal patient care.
Every day you will oversee and coordinate environmental services operations. You will be expected to manage staff, ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, and optimize cleaning procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and organizational skills, experience in healthcare environmental services, and a commitment to patient safety.
