The posted compensation range of $29.02 - $42.08 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
- Evaluate hearing or speech and language test results, barium swallow results, or medical or background information to plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing disorders
- Maintain proper documentation such as patient information, initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge
- Demonstrates competence with clinical skills necessary to provide care appropriate to all the patient groups served by the speech-language pathology service
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license is in good standing with The State of Arkansas (Consideration will be given to graduates who are pursuing a clinical fellowship year.)
- Current CPR certification
