Clinic Practice Manager
The posted compensation range of $30.47 - $44.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all business office functions, including patient reception, cashiering, appointments, medical records, and financial operations.
- Maintain an organized and accurate medical records system.
- Coordinate payroll and assist with budget preparation.
- Serve as a liaison between the business office, other departments, and the medical staff.
- Address patient complaints and resolve issues requiring management intervention.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to business office operations and financial resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of Management/Leadership experience required.
- Six years of medical group practice management experience preferred.
- Previous managerial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
