Clinic Practice Manager

• Supervise and manage all business office functions, including patient reception, cashiering, appointments, medical records, and financial operations.
• Maintain an organized and accurate medical records system.
• Coordinate payroll and assist with budget preparation.
• Serve as a liaison between the business office, other departments, and the medical staff.
• Address patient complaints and resolve issues requiring management intervention.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to business office operations and financial resources.

• Bachelor’s Degree  or 5 years of Management/Leadership experience required. 
• Six years of medical group practice management experience preferred.
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

In this role, you will supervise a team and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of patient reception, cashiering, appointments, medical records, and financial processes. You will also serve as a key liaison between the business office, other departments, and the medical staff, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
