The posted compensation range of $29.36 - $43.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Sr Financial Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner, leveraging advanced financial analysis to drive insight, predictability, and efficiency in supply chain operations.
Every day, you will analyze supply chain data to provide leaders with insights on initiative performance, forecasts, and budgeting, improving expense predictability. You'll support budget development/variance reporting, present recommendations to market finance leaders, and collaborate for consistent analysis and reporting across functions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in financial modeling/data analysis, supply chain understanding, and exceptional communication.
- Lead coordinator for surveys and other data requests.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports for internal and external constituents as requested using financial reporting systems and other systems as appropriate.
- Acts as liaison to MBOs and supports CHI operations team and other national departments with financial reporting and analysis. Key role would be to leverage the financial reporting system and other systems as appropriate to provide proactive information in order to serve in the role as a business partner.
- Maintains excellent communication with supervisor and co-workers, is responsive to customers, and provides appropriate mentoring, training and cross-training to direct reports and other team members.
