The posted compensation range of $30.47 - $44.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
As a Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for improving the performance and effectiveness of our clients' operations through analysis and implementation of innovative solutions. This individual should have a passion for helping organizations achieve their goals and a drive for continuous improvement.
Essential Functions
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of hospital operations to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement performance improvement plans, including process re-engineering and technology solutions
2. Partner with clients to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of performance improvement initiatives
4. Conduct data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance improvement initiatives with overall organizational strategy
6. Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients to ensure ongoing performance improvement

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Operations Management or Industrial Engineering required.
- Masters in relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in performance consulting or related field preferred.
Licensure and Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB) preferred.
