The posted compensation range of $18.96 - $26.78 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Under general supervision, the Office Lead will provide administrative and clerical support for laboratory operations; coordinate clinic functions and special projects, learning all aspects of laboratory operations.
Essential Functions
-Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues for the ministry
-Coordinate general laboratory front office activities including but not limited to; accreditation standards, contract management files, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations of task, and other related duties.
-Assist Laboratory Director, managers, and supervisor to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
-Assist the Laboratory with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
-Maintain Employee Competency Based Orientation records.
-Assist the Laboratory Managers and Supervisor to facilitate training of new hires and other training initiatives.
-Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
