Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Interventional Technologist, you will prepare and assist physicians during complex interventional procedures, ensuring optimal imaging and patient safety.
Every day you will ready the procedure room, operate advanced imaging equipment, monitor patient vitals, and assist with instruments while maintaining sterile fields.
To be successful, you will demonstrate expert knowledge of interventional principles, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative skills in a high-pressure environment, crucial for successful patient outcomes.
- Lead the staff by example professionally at all times.
- Maintain discipline among the staff as needed for patient flow.
- Keep updated of changing practices and technologies.
- Be a mentor to new staff for smooth transition into the lab.
