Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Imaging Supervisor you will develop, achieve, and maintain the goals of assigned Imaging units, coordinating daily activities, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Every day you will provide leadership utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. You will promote a positive work environment, track key performance indicators (patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, Red Rule compliance), and manage budgets and fiscal responsibility.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership, operational management, and clinical imaging skills, a proven ability to manage financial resources, and a deep commitment to patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and Red Rule compliance.

  • Performs imaging procedures in relative area of specialty as needed, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals.
  • Achieves and maintains available ACR accreditation for assigned modalities.
  • Participates in QAPI and quality initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance, provides coaching, and monitors staff to ensure they are adhering to CMS and Joint Commission standards.
  • Serves as technical subject matter expert and goto person for their area of registry and specialty.
  • Fosters trust and builds effective working relationships with associates, physicians, families, and patients.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop relationshipbased care model of delivery of services to patients.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a technologist
  • ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) registry in at least one of the assigned modalities
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience
