Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical. 

  • Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
  • The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers chillers cooling towers and VAVs.


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Minimum 5 years experience. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.
  • Knowledge of building management systems including building automation system fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
  • Ability to read and follow PM instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers chillers cooling towers and VAVs.
