The posted compensation range of $18.50 - $26.72 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

This position utilizes scheduling and registration information to verify coverage for all ordered procedures and office visits. After verification of benefits, this position obtains the required authorizations/Pre-Certifications through the patient’s insurance carrier or third-party vendor for the carrier. Authorizations/Pre-Certifications are documented appropriately in the hospital systems. This position acts as a liaison between, patients, physicians, Radiation Oncology Admin, centralized billing office, insurance carrier and
other community agencies.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Two years experience in outpatient clinic, physician office or other health care setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance payers
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
