Responsibilities

This is a PRN position and will service Dubois, Daviess, Martin, Orange & Pike Counties

No On-Call Requirement!

As you develop and implement home care plans, you will illuminate the path to rehabilitation. Your intuitive knowledge of technology, from smartphones to virtual reality, empowers patients to embrace new possibilities in their healing journey.


Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree from accredited school approved by American Physical Therapy Assn.

-Currently licensed to practice in the state-serviced.

-Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification 

-One-year physical therapy experience in teaching or clinical setting
