The posted compensation range of $29.1 - $42.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. At Community Health at Home we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. As a Regional Clinical Educator, you’re responsible for the initial and ongoing training and in-services for all clinical positions in assigned locations. Other responsibilities include:
Working with Talent Development and others to develop continuing education programs acceptable to meet the appropriate state(s) CEU requirements.
Performing ongoing competency testing for clinical staff. Supports development of new clinical staff in the field.
Providing hands-on clinical training and guidance.
Developing, training, and overseeing peer mentors, preceptors and work coaches to provide support and additional assistance to clinical staff.
Participating in clinical program development and training.
Instructing clinical staff on proper use of clinical software.
Acting as a super user for technology for field staff resources and documentation.
Participating in the implementation of an annual in-service and education calendar.
Staying abreast of changing clinical practices, procedures, and technologies

Qualifications
Current RN license (BSN preferred) in good standing to practice in the state(s) of service.
Minimum three years Medicare home care experience.
Excellent knowledge of home care regulations required.
Effective teaching, training, or in-service educator skills and experience required.
OASIS certification must be obtained within the first two years of employment.
Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed.
