Student Intern

Performs entry level professional duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training in various offices throughout the health system. Is expected to perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and  standards required for successful performance.

ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Gather and organize data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports

2. Basic arithmetic computations and database analysis

3. Assist in preparing written reports

4. Accompany professional level employees on assignments

5. Conduct interviews with physicians or health system personnel to obtain basic information for departmental use

6. Contact other health system departments or third parties to request or give information and other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
