Staffing Coordinator II
The posted compensation range of $20.71 - $28.48 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of assigned nursing units and personnel. Supports Nursing Business Operations by ensuring nursing unit schedules are accurate, up to date, and reflect current needs on the unit. Works with unit management to create a balanced schedule and an accurate position control. Maintains database for assigned area regarding agency, external or internal, as well as Texas Float Pool. Serves as a resource for the staff and leadership for the scheduling and payroll systems.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Preferred Experience:
3 years in clerical, staffing, or patient placement. Experience with inpatient staffing is strongly preferred.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective Communication
- Knowledge of the principles and skills of the nursing process to provide patient care and treatment.
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Basic Computer skills
