The posted compensation range of $35.62 - $52.99 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Program Coordinator, you will be a pivotal administrative leader, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and implementation of your assigned program.
Every day, you'll coordinate all program aspects, leveraging strategic plan goals for comprehensive administrative leadership. You'll meticulously manage logistics, resources, and timelines, aligning with objectives for successful program execution.
To be successful, you'll combine strong organizational and administrative skills with a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, ensuring efficient and impactful program delivery.
- Maintains the daily operations of the program.
- Coordinates care throughout the program utilizing appropriate tools to ensure high quality, cost effective care is provided to all patients referred to the program.
- Performs preliminary assessments and assigns service providers based on referral criteria.
- Acts as a resource person and liaises with others on matters related to the program and the program’s services.
- Partners with other clinical team members in assessing and supporting the needs of the patient/family who have been referred to the program.
- Presents program data and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
Job Requirements
Required
- Three (3) years of experience in specific program area and
- Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire
