The posted compensation range of $54.76 - $81.45 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Market Manager Decision Support, you will participate in financial analysis tasks of vaired nature and depth, including cost accounting, service line reporting and support, budgeting, and various other ad hoc reporting.
Every day you will provide executive oversight and leadership for your assigned Medical Group clinics and markets.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and communication skills, with a profound understanding of financial reports in healthcare.
- The Division Manager of Decision Support will be assigned to work with the larger, more complex Medical Group clinics and markets.
- Maintain the Health System's Data Warehouse.
- Assist in the annual operating budget process.
- Serve as a mentor to the junior analysts in the clinic.
- Maintain decision support integrity, coordinating regular software upgrades, auditing data quality, researching enhanced uses, acting as liaison to internal information technology clinic as well as vendor to resolve any problems.
- Perform special financial projects of a diverse mature as requested by Management.
Required
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field, upon hire
- Seven years of experience in health care operations, with at least four years working with direct physician contact; Or five years of finance related experience, preferable in a healthcare/ambulatory setting, with two years of leadership experience
