The posted compensation range of $17.71 - $25.02 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Inventory Professional, you will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Every day you will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.
To be successful, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory software, crucial for operational efficiency and cost control.
- Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed
- Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care
- Identified excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits
- Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
- Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system
- Responsible for maintaining clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars
- High School Graduate General Studies and One (1) year supply chain related experience or other relevant experience, upon hire or
