The posted compensation range of $29.44 - $43.79 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Executive Assistant, you will be an indispensable strategic partner, providing high-level administrative leadership and support to empower executive effectiveness.
Every day, you will expertly oversee daily administrative operations for executives, acting as a primary point of contact and independently managing routine matters. You'll represent executives, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and prepare sensitive documents, utilizing comprehensive organizational knowledge for confident decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, discreet judgment, superior communication, and advanced tech proficiency.

- Provide complex and confidential administrative support to the Hospital or Market President and other executive team members as applicable.
- Proactively and independently manages the executive calendar, including scheduling all appointments.
- Prepare correspondence and other material requiring considerable judgment and knowledge of health system operations; file, retrieve, and coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence and necessary paperwork related to the overall management of the executive’s office.
- Develop presentations, including general preparation, identifying resources, collateral and presentation materials, equipment needs, producing scripts and PowerPoint presentations.
- Represent Hospital or Market President as primary contact for and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
