The posted compensation range of $24.15 - $34.12 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be an invaluable part of our office team, supporting leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations with kindness and high-quality work.
Every day, you'll manage inquiries, greet visitors, contribute to stakeholder meetings (clinical staff to CEO), and utilize Google Suite to maintain seamless operations and confidentiality.
To be successful, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to anticipating needs and providing timely, accurate support.
- Greets and Directs all visitors, vendors, physicians and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provides clerical support including answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors, making appointments and referrals, typing, filing, routing mail, and travel arrangements
- Acts as direct assistant to the Manager or Director
- Arranges, Participates in, and Implements conferences and meetings
- Provides information to staff
- Manages Outlook calendar or multiple Outlook calendars, handles travel arrangements as necessary
Required
- High School Graduate General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role, upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative support role, upon hire
