The posted compensation range of $15.00 - $20.33 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Sleep Center Scheduler
Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
The coordinator for sleep services is responsible for all aspects of scheduling, working with referral offices to assure patients are scheduled, assisting with physician clinics and work to assure practitioner and testing schedules are at the fullest capacity possible.
Essential Functions
Schedule overnight testing, HSAT testing, oximeter testing and practitioner appointments
Notify referring practice of appointment dates and times
Reschedule patients as needed to assure schedules remain full.
Assure all patients being tested have been through precertification or insurance verification process.
Work patients in for treatment night or office visit who have alert values from previous testing
Evaluate and identify areas for improvement in scheduling process
Maintain strong relationships with referral base

Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED
