Physical Therapy Mobility Aide
The posted compensation range of $17.12 - $23.54 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist mobility aide is responsible for the daily physical therapy care duties/needs as designated by the Physical Therapist toward patient plan of care goals.
- This person must implement the spirit and philosophy of the Adrian Dominican Sisters and will ensure that the rights of the patient and/or family are safeguarded (by observation and documentation).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry level accepted.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively utilizing computer, verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to perform basic functions of Microsoft Office.
- CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 months of hospital based, acute care practice.
- Experience in health care setting and/or clinically relevant course work/seminars.
- Advanced experience with computer software programs and clinical documentation in Hospital based practice.
- Multi-lingual, Spanish, Tagalog.
