The posted compensation range of $42.69 - $61.91 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy patients at the hospital and satellite clinics toward care plan goals.
As assigned by the Manager/Director of Rehabilitation Services, they provide supervision of staff.
This person must implement the spirit and philosophy of the Adrian Dominican Sisters and will ensure that the rights of the patient and/or family are safeguarded (by observation and documentation).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Completed all accredited education requirements to be in possession of a valid license in good standing, enabling them to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Nevada.
Ability to communicate effectively utilizing computer, verbally and in writing in English.
Ability to perform basic functions of Microsoft Office.
LIC OT = Licensed Occupational Therapist in State of NV.
CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of hospital based, acute care practice.
Completed post graduate education, or possesses certification or CEU's in Acute care, geriatrics, splinting, hand therapy, orthopedics, pediatrics, NICU & neurology or any other clinically relevant coursework/seminars.
Advanced experience with computer software programs and clinical documentation in Hospital based practice.
Multi-lingual, Spanish, Tagalog.
