The posted compensation range of $45.26 - $67.32 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Manager of Finance, you will lead financial reporting, budget development, and financial analysis for St. Rose Dominican Hospitals. Reporting to the Market CFO, you will act as a key resource for department heads, managing budgeting processes (both operating and capital), and overseeing monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role is crucial for driving financial health and decision-making within our hospitals.
Every day you will collaborate with facility management on budget variance analysis, provide financial insights for business development initiatives, and support major capital purchases. You'll ensure statistical data accuracy, maintain strong relationships with the consolidated Accounting team, and actively participate in various financial projects, all while upholding our mission, vision, and values. Your expertise will empower effective financial stewardship across our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong financial analysis, forecasting, budget management and staff leadership skills.

Job RequirementsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and
- Minimum of three (3) years previous finance and accounting experience, and
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Preferred
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Lawson, Axiom and Strata is ideal.
- Experience in a large complex hospital system.
