The posted compensation range of $45.26 - $67.32 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Clinical Educator provides staff development expertise in their assigned specialty as an educator, expert clinician, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, patient advocate and researcher.
- Each supports the clinical and professional development of their staff, with a goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice.
- The Clinical Educator facilitates the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency, continuing education and professional development.
- In addition, as a role model of professional behavior, the Clinical Educator assists in creating a professional nursing climate and supports the SRDH mission, vision and values.
- Reporting relationship: Direct reporting to Education leadership.
Job Requirements
Minimum:
- Masters Of Nursing
- 7-10 years as Level 3 NICU nurse.
- Registered Nurse: NV (RN:NV)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor (NRP-I)
- Stable Program (STBL) Stable Instructor (STBL-I) within 6 months.
Preferred:
- 7-10 years as Level 3 NICU nurse with emphasis on Neonatal nursing RNC-NIC
