Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the Diagnostic Imaging department: answer and direct phone calls computer entry of patient data exam entry registrations/reception of patients fulfillment of film requests patient scheduling editing of reports enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times and providing other similar tasks.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required.
- Computer / typing skills
- Use of various office equipment including fax/copier
- Able to read speak and write English
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office preferred
- Medical Terminology preferred
- Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred.
