Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Retail Pharmacy Supervisor to lead daily operations and serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for our retail pharmacy. This role blends hands-on clinical care with operational leadership, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes, team performance, and pharmacy growth.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership (Primary Focus)
Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care as a practicing pharmacist
Develop and monitor individualized medication therapy plans
Collaborate with providers to ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious treatment
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
Operational & Team Leadership
Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient service
Lead, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists and pharmacy staff
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development
Drive financial performance, including labor management, revenue, and reimbursement optimization
Maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
