Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Technical Assistant, you will provide essential support to our technical teams, ensuring the smooth operation and efficient execution of projects and daily tasks, directly contributing to our operational success.
Every day, you will assist with research, data collection, and analysis, prepare technical documentation and reports, and maintain and troubleshoot equipment or systems. You will be expected to organize and archive technical files, coordinate schedules, and effectively communicate technical information to team members and stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track and details are meticulously managed.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, an aptitude for technical concepts, and a keen attention to detail in a support-driven environment.
- Meets annual competency requirement before evaluation date.
- Demonstrates through actions a focus on the care and safety of patients having Imaging exams.
- Transports patients of all age groups at the direction of the Technical staff.
- Exercises tact, sympathy, and professionalism in dealing with patients and relatives in all age groups from pediatric to geriatric.
- Assists in the delivery of Imaging reports to the nursing units and patient charts.
- Keeps management staff fully informed of all issues relating to departmental operations.
- High School Diploma / GED General Studies
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required.
