The posted compensation range of $53.66 - $72.87 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Our next RN Residency program start date will begin September 2025. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.
Application period is open June 16, 2025 12:00 AM through June 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ONLY). Applications must be received by the deadline, no exceptions.

Overview:
The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program, blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program.
Selection Process
Department and shift selection will be determined upon completion of the interview process.
Timeline:
- YOU MUST HAVE AN RN LICENSE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION. THE LICENSE NUMBER MUST BE ON YOUR RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.
- Requisitions posted June 15th, 2025. The postings may be removed early after 100 applications have been received.
- Interviews will be held in person July 22 & 23, 2025
- The first day of Orientation is September 15th, 2025
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program.
0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program.
Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
