Job Summary and Responsibilities

Manages marketing activities of an assigned region within Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Responsibilities include developing, recommending and implementing marketing plans that will drive new patient acquisition while ensuring appropriate brand positioning in all advertising. The manager works closely with and in support of the director marketing of DHMF to identify opportunities to grow volumes and expand and implement new programs. The manager presents overall marketing plans and related KPIs for a region to senior management and manages and coordinates any needed funding approval and/or support requests. The manager will develop and track targeted campaigns through digital and traditional media that will drive growth, retain patients and build volumes where appropriate.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in marketing or a related field, or a combination of education and additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing and two (2) years of experience leading, developing and delivering marketing programs.

  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions; maintain attention and concentration for necessary periods; synthesize, coordinate, and analyze data, perform simple and repetitive tasks; maintain a work pace appropriate to given work load; perform complex and varied tasks; relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions; get along with co-workers and peers; understand the meaning of words and how to use them appropriately and effectively; understand and remember detailed instructions; make independent decisions or exercise judgment based on appropriate information; accept and carry out responsibility for direction, control and planning.
