As our HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting key HR functions and fostering positive employee experiences across Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health. You will be an integral part of our HR team, working closely with our Centers of Excellence to build strong partnerships and enhance our operational efficiency.
- Facilitating manager and employee self-service transactions within our HR systems, guiding users, troubleshooting issues, and empowering them to manage their own data effectively.
- Meticulously ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all employee data across various HR systems and platforms. This includes conducting regular audits, updating records, and maintaining compliance.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining HR files, and preparing reports as needed.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate, General Studies, and three years of relevant experience, upon hire, required.
- Associates Other Associates Degree and one year of relevant experience, upon hire, required.
- Bachelor's Other Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant experience, upon hire required.
