Responsibilities

The incumbent has supervisory responsibility of preventative maintenance work order scheduling and distribution. The incumbent is also responsible for vendor management/check in processes, project management of Non-OSHPD related projects, supervision/management of contractors, implementation of regulatory compliance policies, tracking and communicating project progress and budget milestones. The incumbent is also responsible for Plant Operations inventory and cost reporting of facility's activity's, material ordering, perform purchasing and administrative duties in the Lawson ERP system


Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Two (2) years experience in administrative and operational duties in facilities management/construction or equivalent level of education and experience.

Preferred:

  • Strong PC & Computer systems understanding including spreadsheet, word processing, powerpoint/slides. Strong Administrative skills. Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
