Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory, ordering and distribution of technical and office supplies.
• Demonstrates knowledge in identification of instruments and accuracy in processing and set-up of instrument trays. Transports instruments and equipment in a timely manner when required.
• Demonstrates knowledge principles of sterilization, biological monitoring process, in decontamination, cleaning of equipment and instruments. Able to cover the equipment position as needed during day and evening shifts.
• Assumes responsibility for personal, professional development and continuing education by attending departmental meetings, hospital events and classes, etc.
