Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care: Up to a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!

You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing, collaborating to plan, oversee, and evaluate patient care.
As an RN in Long Term Care, You Will:
- Lead Patient Care:Utilize the full Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Assess & Observe:Collect, record, and report critical assessment data, identifying changes in health status to establish nursing diagnoses.
- Collaborate & Delegate:Work seamlessly as a team member, effectively delegating components of nursing care to other healthcare team members and reporting intervention status.
- Document & Educate:Meticulously document nursing interventions and resident responses, and actively participate in teaching plans to empower residents and families.
- Uphold Standards:Maintain adherence to the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and our mission, demonstrating proficiency in all unit skills.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
