Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • RN Licensure:Current, active RN license in North Dakota (or compact state license valid for ND).
  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Certifications:BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC upon hire (specific acceptable providers listed below*).
  • Expertise:Deep understanding of inpatient nursing, administration, and regulatory standards.
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.
  • Qualities:High motivation, strong team orientation, professionalism, and a commitment to respectful care.
