Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Franciscan Medical Group, as part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is currently seeking a Manager RN Clinic for the high volume Franciscan Women's Health Associates Clinics in Federal Way (and 3 other satallite sites), WA. We are looking for a dynamic leader to partner with the clinic team providing superior patient care and experience. Centered mission and collaborative care. Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Clinic Operations & Resource Management: Manages and evaluates daily clinic operations, including patient accounts, staffing, supplies, and equipment, to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective patient care in accordance with budget and regulations.

  • Quality of Care & Patient Experience: Coordinates nursing and office operations to maintain quality patient care and confidentiality, resolves patient concerns, and oversees proactive service recovery and complaint resolution.

  • Operational & Clinical Issue Resolution: Identifies and guides the resolution of operational and clinical issues, ensures adherence to standards, monitors documentation, and reports on productivity and program updates.

  • Facilities & Disaster Readiness: Monitors adherence to environment of care standards, coordinates facility maintenance and upkeep with various teams, and ensures clinic disaster readiness and physical security.

  • Policy, Process & Relationship Management: Participates in developing and implementing new policies, standards, and workflows, informs staff of changes, and maintains effective relationships with regional management and the Medical Director for operational oversight and issue resolution.

  • Staff Management & Compliance: Oversees staff management, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and development, while ensuring compliance with all internal and external legal and regulatory standards and adapting to changing requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in a related field and graduation from an accredited school of nursing and minimum of three years leadership experience, upon hire or
  • graduation from an accredited school of nursing and five years of leadership experience in the discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities, upon hire or
  • Masters Other graduation from an accredited school of nursing, upon hire and
  • Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire


Preferred

  • Three years of RN experience
