Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehab: Help Patients Rebuild Their Lives After Heart Events
Are you a passionate Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping cardiac patients regain their strength and improve their quality of life? We're seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team and develop personalized exercise programs for individuals recovering from heart attacks, heart surgery, and other cardiac conditions.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Restore Heart Health: Design and implement evidence-based exercise programs that improve cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of future cardiac events.
- Empower Patients: Educate and motivate patients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and manage their cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with a Dedicated Team: Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated cardiac care.

Qualifications
Education/Work Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in exercise science or human movement. Recent related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities, preferably in a cardiac rehabilitation program.
Licensure/Certification
- Current certification by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) required within one (1) year of hire into the position.
- Credentialed as a Medical Assistant-Registered Department of Health Washington State preferred.
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of date of hire.
