The posted compensation range of $22.95 - $33.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
The Supervisor Social Work MSW is responsible for facilitating implementation of standards of care for social work services in the home health and hospice setting through supervision of clinical field staff:
Provides supervision and general oversight of social work services within scope of clinical practice
Provides supervision for all social work home health visits according to regulation
Assists with oversight and direction for field clinician annual competencies and education requirements
Functions as a resource for field clinicians relative to social programs in each market
Provides feedback to agency supervisor regarding individual field clinician performance
Provides consult to field clinicians regarding any ethical issues or reportable vulnerability issues
Ability to provide home visits if indicated
Participates in new hire orientation process as indicated
Ability to perform basic computer functions, maintain a private workspace for remote interactions
Qualifications
Graduate of a master’s program or doctoral degree in social work accredited by the council on social work education
Master Social Worker: ND (MSW:ND)
Master Social Worker: MN (MSW:MN)
One year experience in healthcare
Preferred
Hospice and/or Home Health experience
