Job Summary / Purpose
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing technologies, processes, and work management solutions to meet CommonSpirit operational needs. This role will manage CommonSpirit Marketing's Workfront system, workflows, and requirements, including user management, reporting, and process documentation. Additionally, this role will support marketing operations initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the enterprise.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements, driving user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new ways of working through innovative means such as automation, integrations, data, governance, and AI.
- Support day-to-day Workfront needs such as user management and experience, reports and dashboards, data integrity, audits, as well as user troubleshooting and support ticket tracking.
- Create and deliver marketing operations training content for cross-functional teams on Workfront system functionality, updated features, and new processes.
- Support work management and marketing operations governance and prioritization requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, alignment, and enterprise roadmaps.
- Review and prepare for Workfront releases, implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Degree in marketing, business or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years Workfront System Admin experience with Workfront System Admin certification or a minimum of 5-7 years of Workfront System Admin Experience without certification
- Workfront Fusion experience preferred
- Certification in Adobe Workfront preferred
- Experience installing process improvement for marketing teams
- Experience implementing technology systems
- Experience building KPI reporting and analytics
