System Manager Budget and Financial Reporting

Responsibilities
Job Summary/Purpose
Accountable for development of the annual supply expense budget and managing market supply chain financial performance. Develops and implements standard strategies, policies, and procedures related, financial accounting for supplies. Creates the supply chain P&L budgets and works with accountable executives to achieve targets. Leads all financial reporting for supply chain.
Essential Function
- Accountable for development of annual budget and market performance
- Develops and oversees accounting practice standards for Supply Chain function
- Leads team of Senior Financial Analysts to complete monthly reporting packets, in-depth financial statement analyses, and expense trend analyses
- Develops standards of market financial performance, evaluates market financial performance, and initiates recommendations for actions
- Manages the Supply Chain P&L, working with executives to develop profitable forecasts and manage month to month performance
Leads efforts to develop advanced analytics to optimize external spend
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in related discipline upon hire
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Supply Chain within a health care facility or other relevant experience required.
- Masters degree preferred
- Team management and/or project management experience preferred.
