Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Sales Market Development Representative (MDR), you will champion an enhanced provider experience by fostering cross-functional collaboration and communicating key technology enablers. You'll drive market adoption of our health IT solutions and build vital relationships across business units.

Every day you will navigate the dynamic Health IT landscape, understanding digital access points and optimizing clinical workflows. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to integrate and promote our innovative technologies, contributing directly to provider success and our growth objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will analyze the healthcare technology market, possess strong interpersonal skills, and effectively articulate the value of our solutions. Your ability to understand and align with provider needs will be crucial for driving engagement and achieving sales targets.

  • Drive growth and efficiency by supporting the transition to Epic OR Marketplace and achieving key monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with physicians and their staff, identifying needs and presenting solutions that leverage our service lines.
  • Serve as a primary resource for physician technology support, managing requests, resolving incidents, and offering one-on-one training.
  • Ensure seamless access to systems and patient data for providers, maintaining security and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training for physicians, staff, and partners on new and current applications and workflows.
  • Act as a physician advocate within the organization, contributing to strategic planning and fostering an exceptional provider experience.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree OR  Equivalent experience (4 years professional level) may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years sales experience preferably in physician recruitment and/or medical/pharmaceutical sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders through excellent communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive measurable results by applying a sales-oriented approach, utilizing account management tools, and ensuring strong follow-through on initiatives.
  • Navigate complex healthcare regulations (Stark, Anti-trust, kickback laws) while exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
