Job Summary and Responsibilities

This is a remote position with 25%-50% travel.

This position supports the South Region: Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas and Georgia

You will help ensure our unified name and visual identity resonate authentically and consistently across every single touchpoint – from patient communications to digital platforms. You'll be the pivotal force, meticulously guiding execution, empowering regional teams, and ensuring our brand doesn't just show up, but truly connects.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Lives for Brand Consistency: You intuitively understand how a brand should look, feel, and sound, tirelessly ensuring excellence across the region.
  • Masters Project Management: You thrive on organization, keeping complex initiatives on track, identifying risks, and driving solutions.
  • Has Healthcare Heart (Preferred): Understanding the nuances and complexities of the healthcare environment is a huge plus.
  • Gets the Local Vibe (Preferred): Ideally, you already call one of our Southern markets home.
  • Brings Agency Agility or Brand Transition Experience (A Plus!): You've navigated fast-paced environments or complex rebrands.


Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

● Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field)
● 10+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or complex
multi-market organizations.

● Strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience in overseeing brand creative development and implementation across a wide
range of channels.
