The posted compensation range of $61.74 - $91.84 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Principal Product Manager provides application technology expertise and direction in the application development or implementation of highly complex/enterprise wide cross functional programs or projects.May lead to resolution of highly complex problems.
The Principal Product Manager works on multiple projects, engaged in enterprise wide projects and a team member or sometimes as team leaders. Acts as subject matter expert for multiple areas.
Essential Functions:
- Defines and manages the roadmap and deployment of multiple large and enterprise level product development initiatives within the portfolio
- Owns responsibility for key performance indicators and financial metrics for each product
- Defines criteria for prioritization of all stakeholder needs for each product
- Acts as point of escalation and manages resolution of all issues and risks throughout the definition to deployment of multiple products
- Defines and implements continuous process improvements
- Manages communications and all relevant stakeholder relationships
- Leads product development teams including other product managers

Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role.
- 8 or more years’ experience application support, implementation or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry is required.
- Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies required.
