Job Summary

The Analytics & SEO Specialist role drives improvement in analytics that contributes to decisions across all CommonSpirit’s digital marketing. The successful candidate collaborates with the team to analyze the performance of omni-channel marketing efforts in support of awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns with a focus on attribution, engagement trends, influencing customer behaviors and campaign effectiveness. This role will have SEO responsibilities, experience with SEO best practices is required.

Analytics responsibilities:

  • Must have experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, certification is a plus
  • Analyzes awareness, acquisition and retention campaign performance effectiveness
  • Performs analysis of mobile, social media, web, email and paid/owned media
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing online and offline user behavior, campaign performance, pipeline attribution and conversion rates throughout the customer journey; including recommendations for conversion improvements and/or testing
  • Leveraging segmentation, provide regular analysis and insights back to internal business partners, including recommended strategies for optimizing marketing content, channels, campaigns, and conversion to maximize results with marketing campaigns and program adoption
  • Generate actionable data to focus marketing spend and help shape our marketing strategies and product and service offerings
  • Synthesizes data, insights, customer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations
  • Responsible for digital data governance and recommending best practices

SEO responsibilities: 

  • Expand service line organic footprint across all non-brand and brand phases of the customer journey
  • Manage publication of search optimized content, identify new content opportunities and measure page performance
  • Produce quantitative reporting and qualitative explanations on monthly performance
  • Oversee internal content competition and prevent any potential keyword cannibalization
  • Help manage external tool partners and platforms

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Must have experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.  Combination of education and/or additional job related experience in marketing technology/digital marketing may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading, developing and delivering marketing programs. 
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics strongly preferred
